    @FrontierCorp Let me name some movies.that have been on for over a year..Enough, Anaconda, Pretty Woman, The Notebook, Hangover, Bridesmaids, The Breakup, Wedding Crashers,to name a few.Great Movies but come on over a year..below channel 185...Never anything new...we've been home 5 weeks

    @AskFrontier I just wrapped call with tech support, that due to no fault of the kind person helping me, offered no support since their systems are mostly down. What's the deal with fios? Is there an outage?

    Worst experience with @FrontierCorp EVER. Worst schedulers, customer service, n follow through. 2 no call/show, 3 reschedules all on them!!! I canceled my work 3 TIMES I DONT EVEN HAVE SERVICE YET, not a good sign! @AskFrontier #GradeDService @GetSpectrum might be calling soon.

    @Penny_Lane_Pup @FrontierCorp Penny, I feel for you. In our region each city decides who will offer internet service, same as telephone- both of which these days shouldn’t be the case anymore! Thankfully I’ve been able to avoid Frontier at home. I’ve heard their service isn’t great!

    @FrontierCorp you take our money religiously, monthly. I'm having an issue and want to talk to a real person and I can't get past your stupid AI chat bot. How about bringing back good customer service and make it easier for your customers to get a hold of you?

    .@FrontierCorp Is the single worst internet provider of all time. I've had major connection and speed issues. They refuse to actually deal with it. Talking to an agent was less than useful. Every single time I go out to do the tests they ask for (because they refuse to send tech) they close the ******* chat on me. I am so done with that company. 0/10 you're literally better off with any other internet provider.

    Hey @FrontierCorp Bad cable install = no Net for a week. Eero replacement won’t help the issue. But only “resolution” offered was DIY new Eero (3more days) and then wait more days for on-site tech??? How ‘bout tech comes ASAP w/Eero and cable and does the job right this time?

    @FrontierCorp what's the best way to contact y'all over a written medium? Your chat systems are flaky and every time you leave the app or browser, it just disappears and your voice systems/associates aren't trained enough to understand a basic complaint.

    @AskFrontier is the customer retention department open on weekends? I tried calling and it auto hangs up on me and says to call a different time but doesn’t tell me hours of operations. I thought it was 24/7?
