    @FrontierCorp literally soooo disgusted. Their workers are trash, everyone is CLEARLY hired in thru third party agencies, they will hang up on u, place u on hold, cold transfer u after saying they’ll work on it, nobody knows ANYTHING. Literally so horrible

    .@FrontierCorp Less than 36 hours ago I was told I would be issued a billing credit for over 24 hours without internet due to unplanned maintenance. Today I'm told by the customer service supervisor she will be fired for giving me a statement credit.

    Dear @AskFrontier: in the three weeks I’ve been a customer, I’ve had working internet for five days. Now the ONT you installed has failed, and my kids who do online school can’t. I need someone to come fix this NOW.

    @FrontierCorp has the absolute WORST service I have ever had to deal with. I went to file a complaint on BBB and I’m embarrassed i ever even ordered them based off all of the other complaints wow. #WARNING LOL they’re trashhhh

    For all those that watch @hulu_support … this is the only time I watch adds. It’s a constant reminder just how stupid and mind numbing ads are today. @FrontierCorp produces the dumbest adds. I feel like I lose IQ every time I accidentally forget to mute the tv.

    @FrontierCorp Let me name some movies.that have been on for over a year..Enough, Anaconda, Pretty Woman, The Notebook, Hangover, Bridesmaids, The Breakup, Wedding Crashers,to name a few.Great Movies but come on over a year..below channel 185...Never anything new...we've been home 5 weeks

    Well this day has sucked. While taking care of something for Mom, Jen called to tell me we had no internet. @AskFrontier can't come out until tomorrow, so Jen had to cancel her classes & will drive to school tomorrow. Hopefully we can get Construction on site quickly tomorrow.

    @FrontierCorp Oh I understand why, but it's doesn't quite help the problem that my area's broadband is slower for more money when you can walk down 5 blocks to the next town where they're getting double speeds for the same price without promotion

    Internet in and out for well over 12 hours now. Done all the trouble shooting. Can't work when this is happening. Worst thing though is that my baby monitor doesn't work when the internet goes out. @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier

    @AskFrontier is actually the worst for internet. Dont fall for the low prices. Slow internet, frequent outages, impossible to talk to a real customer service rep, no communication, etc. We're headed back to our old provider.

    @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier @AskFrontier 1. Called on 3/25. Noticed the mistake when I received an email confirmation. 2. Called first thing on 3/26 agent said they would cancel the order. I guess the agent was distracted and didn’t do as she advised.

    @FrontierCorp how do I get a supervisor for assistance. Was going to change from xfinity but upset at poor service. Tired of overseas support reading off a card when in the states.
