Residential tech came Sunday, confirmed it's a plant/line issue and escalated, but nobody showed on the scheduled date after to fix it. Modem shows 23k uncorrectable codeword errors across 31/32 downstream channels, upstream TX power at 49.5 dBmV, and partial service mode. Can you help get an actual line tech to come out and fix this?
