    @CoxHelp Day 4: My internet has been dropping in and out most of the day. We've been having internet issues all week. Today seems to be freezing more often but for less time. Cox help isn't helpful at all. Do better Cox.

    Hey @CoxHelp I'd like to know why my bill changed from 88 a month to now 109 when I made NO CHANGE TO MY SERVICE. It's extremely frustrating when you change pricing w/no explanation when people are struggling. Many would just pay it. I refuse & demand explanations @CoxCalifornia

    @CoxHelp I disconnected my Cox Mobile line on Nov 23rd, but I was still charged for the Dec 4 – Jan 3 billing cycle. I’ve been on customer support for 1hr, transferred between 5+ agents, repeating the same issue with no resolution. This is extremely frustrating. Please help.

    @Squirrelly_yep @CoxHelp I don’t know who this person is, but my Wi-Fi is not good and I’m not going to reply back. Especially when you already told us the issue isn’t gonna get fixed till eight. I think that’s absolute bullshit. You can refund me for the ******* month.

    @CoxHelp I've had an open issue for over a week. Residential tech came Sunday, confirmed it's a plant/line issue and escalated, but nobody showed on the scheduled date after to fix it. Modem shows 23k uncorrectable codeword errors across 31/32 downstream channels, upstream TX power at 49.5 dBmV, and partial service mode. Can you help get an actual line tech to come out and fix this?
