    @CoxHelp Come on David, You will transfer me to six different departments and automatically disconnect after 10 minutes. It's a 2 hour process to change services. The next call is to cancel the internet. @CoxCalifornia has priced itself out of the San Diego market. everyone complains

    @CoxHelp the cable and internet service for well over $300.09 dollars for top internet and minimal cable is outrageous! Cable goes out daily more than 3 times and internet is insignificant at best every day. For what we pay, the service overall is beyond less than mediocre. Sucks

    @CoxComm @CoxCalifornia hackers are at work. It does not matter which internet service you have. Cox controls the internet relay. Sad company that is hemorrhaging customers

    Why would anyone want to work for @CoxCalifornia when they take advantage of the elderly and poor. We are on fixed incomes. Your over charging is taking food from the mouths of the poor.

    @CoxHelp Blake Miller 9740 Dragoye dr..92071. Multiple cable technicians. Some better than the rest. Point is, for the amount asked each month, the service is sincerely lacking, not just moments but regular. Horrible

    I get roughly 3360 a month give or take and & 2050 is rent/water/car spot. Verizon is $141 & I already laid out @SDGE & @CoxComm so you see my issues here. I get ZERO in child support & haven’t for 4yrs. I’d be in jail if I did that. I’m just done and tired of the excuses.

    @AGRobBonta why will you not challenge @CoxCalifornia @CoxComm when they automatically add on $49 charge for a service that is supposed to be an add-on? I spoke with eight customer service representatives. Your office refused to hear all the information. Over $150 a month junk

    @CoxComm I just wasted 30 minutes trying to get a quote to change my internet with Cox. After 30 minutes, the live agent still hasn't provided any information about the different pricing options. Is this the "White Glove" service you are advertising?

    I have been an @ATT customer since 2011. Five months ago my account manager made a mistake that cost me $400. They are unwilling to fix it. I have 11 lines on my account. I’m open to suggestions for better service in #Arizona @Verizon @CoxComm

    @CoxComm it is truly shameful price gouging 30 year elderly customers with constant price hikes + sub standard customer service. I can only imagine how many customers who aren’t as fortunate with children or advocates to assist them elderly from being shafted. #coxcable #cox
