    @CoxHelp I disconnected my Cox Mobile line on Nov 23rd, but I was still charged for the Dec 4 – Jan 3 billing cycle. I’ve been on customer support for 1hr, transferred between 5+ agents, repeating the same issue with no resolution. This is extremely frustrating. Please help.

    @Squirrelly_yep @CoxHelp I don’t know who this person is, but my Wi-Fi is not good and I’m not going to reply back. Especially when you already told us the issue isn’t gonna get fixed till eight. I think that’s absolute bullshit. You can refund me for the ******* month.

    @CoxHelp I've had an open issue for over a week. Residential tech came Sunday, confirmed it's a plant/line issue and escalated, but nobody showed on the scheduled date after to fix it. Modem shows 23k uncorrectable codeword errors across 31/32 downstream channels, upstream TX power at 49.5 dBmV, and partial service mode. Can you help get an actual line tech to come out and fix this?

    @CoxHelp good morning. It saddens me to say this but one of your technicians inputted my information wrong on my modem and I’m not getting no where near what I’m paying for. I have screenshots of the complete chat and he still refused to change his mistake. Help.
