    Apparently @CoxHelp @CoxCalifornia can't help and doesn't care about people struggling. They will just change plans and change pricing on a whim. When I made the plan change the guy was so nice and understanding. Now? They don't care. Guess customer service isn't a thing for them

    @CoxHelp @cox All I want to do is cancel my service. We have closed our office. I want to pay my bill through June 30, 2022 and send you your modem back. Because your policies require a notarized letter to be the point of contact on the account Cox can’t figure out how to do that.

    @CoxHelp Day 4: My internet has been dropping in and out most of the day. We've been having internet issues all week. Today seems to be freezing more often but for less time. Cox help isn't helpful at all. Do better Cox.

    Hey @CoxComm @CoxHelp, this stupid M.3.1.3 error has come up on our TV 3 times in the last 12 hours and shuts off channels for 10+ mins. Fix it or give me my money back, this is bullshit

    @CoxHelp I just got off the phone with your representative who told me what I posted. I think it’s extremely poor business practices to auto renew a contract on someone, give them know their notice thereof, raise your fees, while you do it, and then refuse to let someone terminate without paying the entire fee. After eight years of service and paying my bill on time, you would think I’d be able to cancel one out of four phone lines and a service. I never even ordered to start with. This is outrageous.

    I never post on this account, but just got off the phone with @CoxComm and I’m so frustrated that I just had to come on here to say that company is horrible!! They steal your money and then you have to pray you get it back after them ******* up!
