    @CoxComm here we go again. Had a tech out last week due to continual internet issues. He said he had to have a service tech come out to look at the street connection and nothing. No follow up and internet issues again all day. @ATT will you please take a new customer??

    Hey @CoxHelp I'd like to know why my bill changed from 88 a month to now 109 when I made NO CHANGE TO MY SERVICE. It's extremely frustrating when you change pricing w/no explanation when people are struggling. Many would just pay it. I refuse & demand explanations @CoxCalifornia

    @CoxComm @CoxHelp This occurs across all times of day, so it doesn’t appear to be simple congestion. With multiple modems tested and Cox’s own test modem seeing the same impairment, this points to a network-side upstream issue that needs escalation to Cox engineering. 3/4

    Best part is I get a call from @CoxComm once a day asking if I want to upgrade my Internet. **** no. What I want is the speeds I pay for. I know it won't ever be 1.5 gigs but I'm missing out on one whole gig here. A bit much.
