    well, the @Xfinity @comcast help page is still “loading” a full 29 HOURS since i first tried to access it to cancel my account before moving. bravo, @Xfinity, you are truly committed to making your customers suffer. really the cherry on top of trying to move during a pandemic.

    The rep then said she can’t do that because we didn’t pay the bill. Worst customer svc ever Not to mention they are liars about not shutting off service. Over an oversight which was paid immediately upon noticing @comcast @Xfinity & all the rep said was sorry but won’t turn it on

    @gabsmashh had doubts about Comcast biz because ... Comcast ... but biz service was great including direct 24x7 to techs who could do a reverse dns entry live while on phone vs punting to escalation queue and waiting days. Better techs and real SLAs for connectivity sorta justifies $$$$$

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
