    @gabsmashh I struggled with the insane cost of business internet @ home office and finally justified the cost due to SLA — both Comcast biz and now vzw Fios biz have saved my *** by actually rolling trucks and techs to our spot within 1hour when we had outage

    @Xfinity knew wtf they were doing. They don't offer REELZ in my package, so I tried to add the channel... Can't just add the channel. Go and subscribe to Reelz streaming. Just to get a big message saying my cable company doesn't allow them to stream Live On Patrol. Pt2S

    When Sprint ***** up it's sir we'll take 25 dollars off the bill. When Xfinity ***** up it's ok we won't let that happen again. The shit happens again and again tho and the bill just gets higher

    @comcastcares I have been a customer for barely 3 months and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Received a call in September from a rep to offer me the Xfinity flex. She convinced me everything was free for 1 year and I would not see any change to my bill. (1/2)

    @walshcaitlin @comcastcares Mine again seems to be back up. Spotty, but up. I suspect we may be up and down all day. It does appear mostly fixed for me now though. Hoping you get similar results.

    @Xfinity Why would I buy signal extenders but rent the router from you? That's like buying a new radio for a rented car. Do I need to get another router from you for my upstairs?? Is that the way it works? Or do I have to have ethernet cables everywhere "the best wifi provider" ??

    Currently thinking back to a few weeks ago when the guy with Comcast support asked me when someone would be home to help me bc I couldn’t screw something into the wall and I screamed “ITS ONLY ME!!!” and hung up on him. Things are going really great for me.

    @comcastcares He went 2 tmobile. Ur customer service agent over the phone accused the customer of being a fraud even though MELISSA told them she verified everything right in front of her. The customer was right in front of her. He gave her his entire wallet n they said it was flagged as fraud

    No. I was paying $200 for Xfinity. I pay $30 for internet and have Netflix, Hulu, prime.. less than $60 with internet included. Not tied to any contracts. Can cancel them at any time. So naw, I’m good

    @MrEwanMorrison We used to pay $150/month for cable and think nothing of it. at least now you can cancel whenever instead of being locked into a comcast contract.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 811am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @Verizon what’s the best way to cancel my service with you? I have more problems with Verizon than xfinity before switching. I regret the switch. I’ve had 2 techs come out to try and fix the issue, nothing has worked. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt that **** goes wrong
