    Once you corner @Xfinity @XfinitySupport into a corner and trap them with their own logic. They hit you with “the person I’m chatting with” and weasel out. Everything they do is slippery and fraudulent. Customer service claims to have their hands tied and is unwilling to help

    The added bonus of having Comcast is that at least once a month, I get to spend an hour talking to customer service because my cable/streaming etc stop working.

    Sooo, I uninstall the streaming package and call #Xfinity and see.. okay, how much is it gonna be to just switch to the next package, just so I can be able to watch my favorite damn show again?? These mfer's want me to jump up to 223.00 a month BEFORE taxes. No REELZ for me 😟

    @XfinitySupport @xfinity what is the best way to speak to a live person with a brain? On hold for over an hr, chat bot sucks. It should be just easy to contact you as it is for you to take my money every month

    @comcastcares He went 2 tmobile. Ur customer service agent over the phone accused the customer of being a fraud even though MELISSA told them she verified everything right in front of her. The customer was right in front of her. He gave her his entire wallet n they said it was flagged as fraud

    @marymurrah It's just not worth what I'm paying. I have basic cable (network) and internet and it's $124/month. The technology is circa 2005. My friend has Comcast and he has a remote you can talk to and a crazy interface where you can see everything that's available.

    @Xfinity knew wtf they were doing. They don't offer REELZ in my package, so I tried to add the channel... Can't just add the channel. Go and subscribe to Reelz streaming. Just to get a big message saying my cable company doesn't allow them to stream Live On Patrol. Pt2S

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
