    @comcastcares He went 2 tmobile. Ur customer service agent over the phone accused the customer of being a fraud even though MELISSA told them she verified everything right in front of her. The customer was right in front of her. He gave her his entire wallet n they said it was flagged as fraud

    @gabsmashh had doubts about Comcast biz because ... Comcast ... but biz service was great including direct 24x7 to techs who could do a reverse dns entry live while on phone vs punting to escalation queue and waiting days. Better techs and real SLAs for connectivity sorta justifies $$$$$

    .@comcastcares I have been a customer for barely 3 months and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Received a call in September from a rep to offer me the Xfinity flex. She convinced me everything was free for 1 year and I would not see any change to my bill. (1/2)

    @Xfinity @comcastcares tell me why I have spent 40+ hours of my time, spoken to 25+ different agents, created over 5 tickets over the time period of 2 months to resolve international call fraud on my account...AND IT IS STILL NOT RESOLVED! Instead #xfinity shut off my service.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
