    @hulu_support i ordered hulu back in january with the understanding thru comcast #xfiniti that they were adding the app to service in january. Its march and its still not available. When is the exact date it will be added,tired of paying for something i can only use on phone.

    Once you corner @Xfinity @XfinitySupport into a corner and trap them with their own logic. They hit you with “the person I’m chatting with” and weasel out. Everything they do is slippery and fraudulent. Customer service claims to have their hands tied and is unwilling to help

    @comcastcares I have been a customer for barely 3 months and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Received a call in September from a rep to offer me the Xfinity flex. She convinced me everything was free for 1 year and I would not see any change to my bill. (1/2)

    Comcast is stupid if they go thru with capping their service at a TB per month....5G is way faster than comcast internet and cheaper....if they were to offer a similar service with a 5G cable box comcast would be done!

    Just got off the phone after an hour of troubleshooting with a Comcast CSR who couldn't fix the connectivity issue. She scheduled a technician for Thursday and the last thing she said before hanging up was a scripted, "Don't forget to put a smile on your face. " 😐 #No

    .@comcastcares @comcast There was mix-up w/new account for me and with first-time billing. I called and spoke w/ Christine in the Chelmsford, MA call center and she was amazing. She resolved the problem & couldn’t have been nicer. Please recognize her!

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @Barbecuecolonge @JoshuaTookes I don’t think a Comcast-WB merger would work since Comcast would treat WB and Discovery’s legacy IPS (Looney Tunes, Doki, Hanna-Barbera) like garbage like they did to Woody Woodpecker and Curious George, in favor of focusing on content from DreamWorks and Illumination.
