    @comcastcares I have been a customer for barely 3 months and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Received a call in September from a rep to offer me the Xfinity flex. She convinced me everything was free for 1 year and I would not see any change to my bill. (1/2)

    .@comcastcares @comcast There was mix-up w/new account for me and with first-time billing. I called and spoke w/ Christine in the Chelmsford, MA call center and she was amazing. She resolved the problem & couldn’t have been nicer. Please recognize her!

    @comcast @Xfinity I JUST CALLED TO CANCEL MY 'CONTRACT'... since it's 3 months before, I still owe $30... but I'm cancelling because my bill went from $107 to $140 WITHOUT EVEN A NOTICE AND NO CHANGES ON MY PART... THIEVES... THAT'S ALL THEY ARE... OFF THE GRID SOON, THANK GOD!

    Getting someone on the phone at @Xfinity is a completely nightmare now. You have to actually fight with the damn robot just to speak to a live person. I can’t express how badly I want to cancel my services. The most complicated company I’ve ever dealt with

    Once again disappointed with @Comcast. Told one thing on the phone and as usually it doesn’t happen that way when service person arrives. Long term customers do NOT receive the customer service that’s deserved. Actually told that’s only for new customers.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
