It seems incongruent with your value prop of servicing clients if you make money off people going to pages to find out why their service is messed up. Essentially you could cause an error to drive revenue.

The lady who sold me a plan initially said I could get 35 mb upload with 400 download. I later found this was a lie. Took like 4 different support calls to get sorted.
