    @dem0n1 I hate Comcast so much. There’s no justification for charging individual consumers $100/month for decent speed Internet access. It’s blatant price gouging by a socially indifferent mega-monopoly with a huge lobbying budget to keep the scam going. Worst US customer service too.

    Getting someone on the phone at @Xfinity is a completely nightmare now. You have to actually fight with the damn robot just to speak to a live person. I can’t express how badly I want to cancel my services. The most complicated company I’ve ever dealt with

    If it’s Comcast you will get throttled and you gotta call Comcast as ask them to increase your bandwidth. If you can get Fios get that. An also if you can snag a asus gigabit switch this will help you with your speeds also. And do not use 1473 MTU settings just use the default.

    @comcastcares @Xfinity Are you planning on giving people refunds for this chronic problem of pictures freezing and being distorted? This is an obvious widely experienced issue as I've seen people complaining on various forums.

    Once again disappointed with @Comcast. Told one thing on the phone and as usually it doesn’t happen that way when service person arrives. Long term customers do NOT receive the customer service that’s deserved. Actually told that’s only for new customers.

    @XfinitySupport I unplugged the Xfinity gateway and it has cleared the pexelation. Why would the gateway effect reception? We have the tv connected directly to a box, not wifi. We started using the gateway 6 weeks ago too when I changed the internet plan. Is the gateway crap?

    Xfinity was tripping that monthly bill was 200 plus so when we saw $7.99 a mth we got hustled. It never made Xfinity drop their price even a little bit.😩😩😩

    @Barbecuecolonge @JoshuaTookes I don’t think a Comcast-WB merger would work since Comcast would treat WB and Discovery’s legacy IPS (Looney Tunes, Doki, Hanna-Barbera) like garbage like they did to Woody Woodpecker and Curious George, in favor of focusing on content from DreamWorks and Illumination.
