    @comcastcares Please, please fix the problem with MSNBC being distorted with both audio and picture freezes and interruptions. This is unacceptable and has been occurring for months. Thank you.

    @comcast curious what your process is for notifying customers when you may be about to have local outage due to work on a line, etc. Many work at home and, in my case, I was about to make a presentation online and lost wifi. Maybe an advance notification to customers moving fwd?

    @MSNBC Please resolve your chronic broadcast issues. Constant audio and video freezing and interruptions. At times it renders you unwatchable. I'm a @Xfinity customer and it's only happening on @MSNBC. Enough of this garbage!

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
