    @TheKnudson That's awful. I was furious when Comcast was looking to put a data cap on their internet usage but the pandemic sort of killed that idea off.

    @Xfinity Please help. We set up a transfer of service after moving but neither internet or cable is working. Comcast sent a refresh but it doesn’t work and we can’t get a tech on the phone. It keeps saying they can’t talk until refresh is done. HELP. can someone call us?

    @MSNBC Please resolve your chronic broadcast issues. Constant audio and video freezing and interruptions. At times it renders you unwatchable. I'm a @Xfinity customer and it's only happening on @MSNBC. Enough of this garbage!

    Getting someone on the phone at @Xfinity is a completely nightmare now. You have to actually fight with the damn robot just to speak to a live person. I can’t express how badly I want to cancel my services. The most complicated company I’ve ever dealt with

    Once again disappointed with @Comcast. Told one thing on the phone and as usually it doesn’t happen that way when service person arrives. Long term customers do NOT receive the customer service that’s deserved. Actually told that’s only for new customers.

    @Xfinity I'm trying to set up my mother's internet and flex box. That flex box is driving me crazy. The support got me off the line by saying no one can set up the flex device at this time. Hey clean up your act. Where can I find when it will be back up. @Roku you're cool #works

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
