The tech you sent to basically deliver and install a 4K box that I could have installed, Robert, was phenomenal and a genuinely good guy.

The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
