    schedule a new appointment for potentially weeks or months later to check the line at the street level. Then when they verify it’s at street level they schedule a 3rd appointment for months later to fix it. @Ask_Spectrum this is not you being a company I can count on 2/3

    I don’t usually blast people but making an exception with @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Policy recently changed that if you cancel service there is no prorated service charges for current month. Nov 5 you can kiss this customer goodbye. Looking for new internet service. No more TV

    Made the switch to @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum from another cable company. Worst decision ever. They don’t care about their customers or if their services even work. Cheaper isn’t always better. You get what you pay for.

    @Ask_Spectrum no real big issue I had bought a new Roku TV & by the time I hooked it up I wasn't able to DL your app onto it due to both parties....situation so in order to watch TV I have to go to which ever app I wanna see to watch TV

    I should mention this all started when everyone started upgrading to new modems (provided by Spectrum), so it’s potentially an issue with their equipment at a systemic quality level because @Ask_Spectrum doesn’t employe quality practices 3/3

    @k1rallik @Lorjayzee6 @GetSpectrum raises their price anywhere between $5to $20 every few months. They tell you all the streaming apps are free but at the current constantly rising prices maintaining service is becoming untenable.

    Well the time have finally come for me to switch cellphone providers since @GetSpectrum don’t offer phone upgrades to longtime customers anymore. Pretty pathetic been with a company for years and this is the way they treat you. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! 😡🤬
