    **** @GetSpectrum for trying to charge me a $200 installment fee on top of an additional $60/mo for needing to upgrade my internet to work from home so I can make a livelihood!! especially right now with everything going on will definitely be switching once all this is over 😡

    @Ask_Spectrum for the last month every Sunday night there seems to be issues with tlc channel. The sounds is off from the Picture. The picture skips all around to different spots. Or just buffers for minutes. Please help

    I’m officially done with @Ask_Spectrum and which providers. This is the 8th time in 2 weeks my internet has gone out. You’re service is horrible

    @GetSpectrum tripping on some petty BS my Cable Bill was $280.42 I gave they ass $245.00 and these MFS really blowing up my phone over $35 and some change man imma switch my cable company back to @ATT like I intended to before after I pay this I'm cancelling them **** spectrum

    Unless you have no other option, don’t get @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum. I had a service call this morning because my network has been buggy. The tech “fixed” it by giving me cable only but no internet and left. After 2 hours and no help from @GetSpectrum, I fixed it.

    @Ask_Spectrum I did. Only option is new service provider or staying with you by canceling, turning in the equioment, getting new service through you, getting nee equipment, paying an install fee or do it my self while still having to pay a fee. 🤔

    @Ask_Spectrum Service and tech support are always helpful but unless you’re calling to establish service Spectrum’s customer service is beyond the worst. I’ll disconnect before dealing with them.
