Spectrum is a telecommunications brand offered by Charter Communications, Inc. that provides cable television, internet and phone services for both residential and business customers. It is the second largest cable operator in the United States. A few years ago Spectrum acquired Time Warner Cable.

    @Ask_Spectrum I had a support chat where the agent interrupted me, ignored my schedule, created an appointment without consent, and refused multiple requests to escalate to a supervisor. I have screenshots. Requesting review + confirmation the appointment is canceled.

    @Ask_Spectrum When the F are you guys going to get your **** together? It seems service goes down every week!!! Never see any credits for the downtime but always raising the bills and the service gets worse!!

    @Ask_Spectrum, for the last 2 weeks Marshalls does not show up when it's supposed to. Today, it's 60 minutes, but the menu says Marshalls. Please fix it.

    Yo @Ask_Spectrum internet still ****** after I’ve replaced my equipment. Maybe try not to give people refurbished equipment and maybe get better customer support.

    @GetSpectrum you are the worst internet provider of all time. Why would you shut down my internet for 3 freaking hours to “perform maintenance” and expect me to still pay you $60 freaking dollars. Worst provider, and I am over you. Bills too high and you do stuff like this

    @GetSpectrum . Your service is ***, $80 a month for Internet that's slower than what I pay for and goes out at least once a month. Back to T-Mobile Internet I go..

    @Ask_Spectrum I will say that the last time the service went down outside of our control was during Hurricane Helene. So I do consider myself to be very fortunate in that regard.

    Of course Spectrum is down again. Daily planned maintenance at the exact same time. This company has become a joke. @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum .

    @GetSpectrum this “planned maintenance” bullshit is annoying. I’m sick of this. It’s every other ******* night. This is ridiculous. I pay to actually have the internet, not watch it blink red for 48 hours. Gonna cancel if this **** doesn’t change.

    @Ask_Spectrum I've already had a tech who told me the issue was being escalated to his supervisor. Didn't hear anything for a week. Called the supervisor who said he'd call me at 5pm. Guess what? No call. So no... You wouldn't love to assist me and that's been the case for 6 years now.
