    @JordanHallWX @sbowerswx I actually didn’t know that so thank you guys for informing me. That being said, I do feel that TWC can be more reliable (like they used to be), and that the reality tv can be toned down. But at least it was covered in the area

    @ItsTomMitchell @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum Too late at this point but maybe will help for future - certain national games are also broadcast locally, and when that’s the case they black out the game on the national network in market so people can/will watch the local broadcast. Tonight was on MSG in market, TNT elsewhere

    @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum our internet has been down since 3:30pm yesterday!! We have to work from home!! Your customer service team continues to give us the run around. WHY hasn’t a crew been assigned to fix this!! It’s a huge outage!!!!
