    So @WOWCare @WOW_WAY we’re nearing 12 hours of full Cleveland region outage due to a fiber cut during my first month of service. In 14 years with TWC/Spectrum, I never saw an outage this bad. Disappointed customer.

    @Ask_Spectrum James in billing is a jerk...im canceling my service. So you do an audit and now over charge me for 8 months?

    Made the switch to @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum from another cable company. Worst decision ever. They don’t care about their customers or if their services even work. Cheaper isn’t always better. You get what you pay for.

    I should mention this all started when everyone started upgrading to new modems (provided by Spectrum), so it’s potentially an issue with their equipment at a systemic quality level because @Ask_Spectrum doesn’t employe quality practices 3/3

    @Ask_Spectrum Service outage in Mentor, OH since 1AM 3/24/20. I’ve rebooted multiple times, waited more than 2 minutes, etc.

    @Ask_Spectrum completely frustrated on trying to set up NEW service with your team. Waisted 4-5 hours yesterday on the phone with 7 different people and still don’t have a scheduled install appointment. Thx for nothing

    @Ask_Spectrum I am getting g the crappies of customer service. People if they call you don’t even leave an extention or name!!!! You escalated and I just got told when I sat through that huge wait in the phone you closed the issue. Deevon said after several attempts, they close

    I cancelled @GetSpectrum back in October/November of last year. I get an email invoice today saying I owe $160 dollars and that my service didn't end until 12/30. Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.

    I don’t usually blast people but making an exception with @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Policy recently changed that if you cancel service there is no prorated service charges for current month. Nov 5 you can kiss this customer goodbye. Looking for new internet service. No more TV

    @Ask_Spectrum this “planned maintenance” bullshit is annoying. I’m sick of this. It’s every other ******* night. This is ridiculous. I pay to actually have the internet, not watch it blink red for 48 hours. Gonna cancel if this **** doesn’t change.

    @k1rallik @Lorjayzee6 @GetSpectrum raises their price anywhere between $5to $20 every few months. They tell you all the streaming apps are free but at the current constantly rising prices maintaining service is becoming untenable.

    Well the time have finally come for me to switch cellphone providers since @GetSpectrum don’t offer phone upgrades to longtime customers anymore. Pretty pathetic been with a company for years and this is the way they treat you. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! 😡🤬
