    @luhh_mann I really wanted to... but I’m 20 days behind. Only reason I’m not 365+ over you is because I didn’t used to have service at the cabin. Now my service (@sprint) at the cabin is better than my WiFi (@CenturyLink) at home.

    Spent all day sitting right by the door waiting for the @CenturyLink installer, only to check my appointment online and discover they'd silently rescheduled it for Monday. You can tell that they really give a **** about starting off on the right foot with the new customers.

    @CenturyLinkHelp In case anyone was wondering, I followed up with this account and they were somehow less helpful than calling the help number. My expectations were very low, and impressively @CenturyLink continues to lower the bar with every interaction.

    I discovered earlier that when @CenturyLink sold me a “Price for Life” rate for internet service 3 years ago, the price was, in fact, not for life. Clearly, this is my fault as I interpreted this agreement to mean the price would not increase (it is). I might be having a stroke?

    I really spent 20 minutes on the phone and tried to get upsold to a landline by a lady at @CenturyLink for her to not update my information 😭 S/O to their online chat function though, Cristopher M coming through with the customer service 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    Came home to find the internet wasn't working. Online chat tech had me do a few things and said I currently don't qualify for a tech to come out. Get to call CenturyLink in the morning if still not working. *sigh*

    I have to give credit when credit is due, and @CenturyLink had some of the best overall customer service I’ve ever received from an ISP or any other large company that I’ve had hiccups with. I hope the continue to give everyone the same level of service that I received.

    @CenturyLinkHelp Although I have been a loyal customer for many years, your poor performance is causing me to change providers. If I am able to switch providers before your scheduled service appointment (Tuesday sometime before 4:30pm...) our business relationship is over.

    Day 2 transferred 4 times confirmed I was on account told I wasn’t on account still no phone/internet. Who else provides these services cause @CenturyLink is awful and horrible service to a senior citizen #bbbratingF

    @CenturyLink Have had Century link 100k internet since it started. Last couple months it has been slow and Internet stops and starts ever since techs or whoever decided to screw with it. Century Link needs to fire whoever is doing this!!!

    I got my @CenturyLink back on. I need a plain old telephone service (copper, works without power). My confirmation number says it’s an Internet phone. The number is 1024344139 The technician comes out April 8.
