Seems she punched some button on the phone which left it in some strange state which she didn't notice. Sheriff showed her how to fix it, called us to tell us all was well. Strange evening.

Didn’t happen. “Customer service” apologized and rescheduled for Monday, the 6th. Shortly after I received text/email advising me of my upcoming appointment on the 7th. If you have an option other than Centurylink take it. My neighborhood hasn’t until recently. Now I’m going to Starlink and good riddance Centurylink

The time before that was 10 days and at the end they denied that there even was an outage. Worst provider for sure.

It’s their word against yours! Keep billing my in-laws, that have passed away for four months now! Don’t believe them!
