WriterInfo.tk (@writerinfo) reported@lumentechco aka @CenturyLink and @quantumfiber excel in bad customer service. Email to my client says: "Beginning in October 2025, your CenturyLink internet service will be upgraded to Quantum Fiber . . . " Part of the "upgrade" is this: "If you have a value-added service, it will be removed from your account before your internet service moves to Quantum Fiber. Value-added services include Static IP, Personal TechPro, and Inside Wire Protection." Yea, right, removing Static IP etc is an upgrade? Liars.

Cia Watson (@ciawatson) reported@ShawnSmith1776 I had a similar experience with CenturyLink, it was impossible to get a real person on the phone even though it said I could say some particular word to get one. I did get my issue resolved through a DM on here. Thankfully.

ATT bought my libes from Centurylink. Att has some type of cap on my fiber service. Care to fix it so I receive the service I pay for?

Catastrophic for remote workers like me. In the meantime we got very nice 5G home internet from @TMobile - so fast and easy, may just keep it.

They are my only internet option so they decided it was okay to deliver sub-par service at a premium and have the nerve to charge a $150 install fee knowing I can't get around it. If I lose my remote job over your service, you will hear about it.

Since Lumens took over, 2023, Katie Johnson, CEO, the service has dived. The comp is in India, & agents barely speak Eng. Can get help through email, email unavailable. DO NOT INVEST
