    The @CenturyLink saga continues. Our bill went from $201 to $316/month. No help on line, so we called to see if we could negotiate a new deal. Rude rep said, no dice so we cancelled cable. Now our internet is down. Tech support says it will automatically reset at 5 pm maybe.

    @CenturyLinkBiz so I’ve been trying to call your support but I keep getting sent to various departments and no one seems to be able to help with my question. I just want to look at options to see if we are still getting the best deal for our CenturyLink business service.

    So just a warning about using centurylink fiber optic service if they need to run the line to your house be prepared to get a hold of your neighbors or you won’t be able to get service installed.

    @CenturyLinkHelp i really tried to give y’all the benefit of the doubt but for the past 2 months our 5G network of our home wifi consistently knocks us off and then says our password is wrong. I’ve changed it 3 times, reset the device once a week, and it’s still doing it. 🤬

    Currently waiting in an online queue for support to solve an internet outage at my house with @CenturyLink. It's been 30 minutes and I've been disconnected twice already. If AI can solve these issues, I'm ready for the bots to take over now.

    @CenturyLinkHelp I have been using the Century link fiber internet for years now. Constant interruptions in service for the last few months. I have chatted with customer care multiple times and they keep telling me I will be charged to repair. Need help or canceling.

    @bensvacuum4pres @CenturyLink Went with YouTube TV and Sling blue, the only way I could get both MSNBC and the PAC-12 Network. A little more expensive, but still 1/2 the price of cable.

    Well after calling @CenturyLink everyday last week, I moved my internet installation date to 12/9. Upon contacting the company today to confirm the time to expect the installation, I was told it was moved back to 12/10. I was also told there is no one that can help me today.

The peninsula I live on has a very large low income population of about 70%. I guess they're tired of pretty much the only provider (CenturyLink) of very slow internet on the peninsula

    Again ANOTHER DAY of my INTERNET being out thanks to @XfinitySupport @Xfinity - lost $$ from today, currently NO TIME ESTIMATE for services back on. TRIED to contact support to CANCEL so I can have @CenturyLink come install their stuff. Can't get ahold of someone due to the "outage" AI bullshit.

    Absolutely zero ETA on a fix. Being run around to various people. Told that they sold our local fiber internet to AT&T so now it's their problem. Uhm??? What??? Centurylink, do better. Over 24 hours with no internet and ofc will be charged full billing amount.

    @CenturyLink Hey @quantumfiber @ATT Centurylink says this is your fault. Your tech support keeps telling me it is Centurylink. ATT bought my libes from Centurylink. Att has some type of cap on my fiber service. Care to fix it so I receive the service I pay for?
