    We have had gigabit since 3/2018 AND NEVER HAS IT DELIVERED WHAT IT ADVERTISED. I’m okay with mid the speed i pay for, but this is just plain ripping off the consumer. I hace texted tech service as requested for quick response NADA NOTHING I also have 100Mbps Centurylink SO

    @WillieDJenkins1 @CenturyLinkHelp Since I decided to buy a house during a pandemic and Cox wouldn’t come in to my house for 3 months I used a JetPack from Verizon . That little thing works great for $10 a month. Tell CL to suck it and disconnect that crap. I’ll send you the JetPack . It’s awesome unlmtd data

    @CenturyLinkHelp You’re only in business because you make contracts with companies, not individual users. You force people to have your awful service. No one would willing use your service because they find it good. Quit trying to “help” people to save face. JUST FIX YOUR SERVICE ALL AROUND.

    Hey @CenturyLinkHelp I tried printing a return label for a modem on your site and it errors out. I've been given the run around on the phone and in chat with NO resolution. You have wasted and cost me time and money. I need a return label so I can give back the modem!!!!

    Probably for the best doing a rebrand @CenturyLink. Paid for install over a week ago. Never worked. Hours on hold. New tech today trying 2nd attempt at install and giving attitude. If it doesn't work I'm cancelling. Shortest customer ever. #ShitShow

The peninsula I live on has a very large low income population of about 70%. I guess they're tired of pretty much the only provider (CenturyLink) of very slow internet on the peninsula

    Again ANOTHER DAY of my INTERNET being out thanks to @XfinitySupport @Xfinity - lost $$ from today, currently NO TIME ESTIMATE for services back on. TRIED to contact support to CANCEL so I can have @CenturyLink come install their stuff. Can't get ahold of someone due to the "outage" AI bullshit.

    Absolutely zero ETA on a fix. Being run around to various people. Told that they sold our local fiber internet to AT&T so now it's their problem. Uhm??? What??? Centurylink, do better. Over 24 hours with no internet and ofc will be charged full billing amount.

    @CenturyLink Hey @quantumfiber @ATT Centurylink says this is your fault. Your tech support keeps telling me it is Centurylink. ATT bought my libes from Centurylink. Att has some type of cap on my fiber service. Care to fix it so I receive the service I pay for?
