    @CenturyLink worst customer service, fully scammers and lier’s! No telephone support at weekends ridiculous, 1 and 1/2 hrs on “chat”, pathetic. Couldn’t get engineer out for over week. Still expect me to pay even after promised by previous advisor that they credit entire bill.

    I have to give credit when credit is due, and @CenturyLink had some of the best overall customer service I’ve ever received from an ISP or any other large company that I’ve had hiccups with. I hope the continue to give everyone the same level of service that I received.

    @Peril_in_Pink Same thing happens to me all the time with Comcast/Xfinity. It does not mean your modem is bad it means Comcast is bad. The only reason I put up with it is because CenturyLink was worse.

    Spent all day sitting right by the door waiting for the @CenturyLink installer, only to check my appointment online and discover they'd silently rescheduled it for Monday. You can tell that they really give a **** about starting off on the right foot with the new customers.

    @CenturyLink I don’t ask much of you. I just want to watch game of thrones live, not something I get to do often. But your service has been awful all weekend, why should I expect anything different on Sunday night at 8pm, the only time I need you to be remotely competent.

    and just when I thought @CenturyLinkHelp or @CenturyLink couldn't get any worse, today happens. This has got to be the worst company to do business with. Absolutely horrible, if you have them, I suggest you get a new provider. Just HORRIBLE!!!

    @CenturyLinkHelp Thanks for the followup. MIL is kinda short and phone is wall-mounted. Seems she punched some button on the phone which left it in some strange state which she didn't notice. Sheriff showed her how to fix it, called us to tell us all was well. Strange evening.

    I discovered earlier that when @CenturyLink sold me a “Price for Life” rate for internet service 3 years ago, the price was, in fact, not for life. Clearly, this is my fault as I interpreted this agreement to mean the price would not increase (it is). I might be having a stroke?

    Came home to find the internet wasn't working. Online chat tech had me do a few things and said I currently don't qualify for a tech to come out. Get to call CenturyLink in the morning if still not working. *sigh*

    For the second time in four days, and the third call in less than a month, @CenturyLink service has crapped out. I pay for enough internet to run a small business from my home, and to be constantly needing to call and have a tech work on my line is frustrating. #poorservice

    @CenturyLink has the worst customer service ever. No internet since Monday. Waited all day for the appointment today. Didn’t happen. “Customer service” apologized and rescheduled for Monday, the 6th. Shortly after I received text/email advising me of my upcoming appointment on the 7th. If you have an option other than Centurylink take it. My neighborhood hasn’t until recently. Now I’m going to Starlink and good riddance Centurylink

    @614___tOSU Good luck, you'll need it. My last CenturyLink outage was over 3 days and they credited me a mere $2.50 on my bill as compensation. The time before that was 10 days and at the end they denied that there even was an outage. Worst provider for sure.

    @MensHumor I once didn't have the money to pay my internet bill, so I divided the tested speed by the promised speed, and paid that fraction. I think I paid about $0.20 on a $40 bill. @CenturyLink sucks.

    @CenturyLink All customers should be cautious, as customer service can tell you an issue is ‘resolved’, ‘accounts closed’ or whatever and then it’s not. It’s their word against yours! Keep billing my in-laws, that have passed away for four months now! Don’t believe them!
