    @CenturyLink 3 times today my internet has gone out today. No outages explained on your website. My router just stops receiving service and all internet goes out. Has been happening DAILY for 3 months no matter what I do.

    and just when I thought @CenturyLinkHelp or @CenturyLink couldn't get any worse, today happens. This has got to be the worst company to do business with. Absolutely horrible, if you have them, I suggest you get a new provider. Just HORRIBLE!!!

    @CenturyLinkHelp Although I have been a loyal customer for many years, your poor performance is causing me to change providers. If I am able to switch providers before your scheduled service appointment (Tuesday sometime before 4:30pm...) our business relationship is over.

    crazy how when you try to call into @CenturyLink customer service they hang up on you, crazy how when you try to talk and get things fixed nothing happens. Unhappy with this customer service @CenturyLink

    @CenturyLink worst customer service, fully scammers and lier’s! No telephone support at weekends ridiculous, 1 and 1/2 hrs on “chat”, pathetic. Couldn’t get engineer out for over week. Still expect me to pay even after promised by previous advisor that they credit entire bill.

    For the second time in four days, and the third call in less than a month, @CenturyLink service has crapped out. I pay for enough internet to run a small business from my home, and to be constantly needing to call and have a tech work on my line is frustrating. #poorservice

    I got my @CenturyLink back on. I need a plain old telephone service (copper, works without power). My confirmation number says it’s an Internet phone. The number is 1024344139 The technician comes out April 8.

    @lumentechco has exceptionally bright people in customer service. Following is a true exchange on Sep 15, 2025 with a @quantumfiber supervisor after a business gets an email saying the Internet connection will be “upgraded” from @CenturyLink fiber to Quantum Fiber (brands both owned by Lumen). Q: Will the migration from CenturyLink to Quantum Fiber put the account behind CG NAT -- Carrier Grade Network Translation? A: No Q: Do you know what CG NAT is? A: No Q: Can I talk to some one who knows about networking? A: Our company does not do networking. Note: The “upgrade” also includes the removal of (and no ability to get back) value-added services, such as static-IP numbers.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience with @CenturyLink. My father passed away on February 13. His account was closed, yet my mother's receiving bills on the closed account. When I contacted support, the response was essentially: “the final amount still needs 2 be paid.” No empathy.

    Absolutely zero ETA on a fix. Being run around to various people. Told that they sold our local fiber internet to AT&T so now it's their problem. Uhm??? What??? Centurylink, do better. Over 24 hours with no internet and ofc will be charged full billing amount.
