If I am able to switch providers before your scheduled service appointment (Tuesday sometime before 4:30pm...) our business relationship is over.

No telephone support at weekends ridiculous, 1 and 1/2 hrs on “chat”, pathetic. Couldn’t get engineer out for over week. Still expect me to pay even after promised by previous advisor that they credit entire bill.

Following is a true exchange on Sep 15, 2025 with a @quantumfiber supervisor after a business gets an email saying the Internet connection will be “upgraded” from @CenturyLink fiber to Quantum Fiber (brands both owned by Lumen). Q: Will the migration from CenturyLink to Quantum Fiber put the account behind CG NAT -- Carrier Grade Network Translation? A: No Q: Do you know what CG NAT is? A: No Q: Can I talk to some one who knows about networking? A: Our company does not do networking. Note: The “upgrade” also includes the removal of (and no ability to get back) value-added services, such as static-IP numbers.
