No telephone support at weekends ridiculous, 1 and 1/2 hrs on “chat”, pathetic. Couldn’t get engineer out for over week. Still expect me to pay even after promised by previous advisor that they credit entire bill.

Didn’t happen. “Customer service” apologized and rescheduled for Monday, the 6th. Shortly after I received text/email advising me of my upcoming appointment on the 7th. If you have an option other than Centurylink take it. My neighborhood hasn’t until recently. Now I’m going to Starlink and good riddance Centurylink

The time before that was 10 days and at the end they denied that there even was an outage. Worst provider for sure.

It’s their word against yours! Keep billing my in-laws, that have passed away for four months now! Don’t believe them!
