    It is... just unbelievable how bad @CenturyLink is. I cannot stress enough how EVERY SINGLE transaction I've had with them over the last two years has been full of errors and issues. Unfathomably bad service that I will not be continuing when I move. They're atrocious.

    @CenturyLinkHelp Although I have been a loyal customer for many years, your poor performance is causing me to change providers. If I am able to switch providers before your scheduled service appointment (Tuesday sometime before 4:30pm...) our business relationship is over.

    @CenturyLinkHelp Thanks for the followup. MIL is kinda short and phone is wall-mounted. Seems she punched some button on the phone which left it in some strange state which she didn't notice. Sheriff showed her how to fix it, called us to tell us all was well. Strange evening.

    @CenturyLinkHelp @rmc47 That seems to do nothing but test my phone line. This problem involves your internet network and the ability to pass traffic with sites on other networks.

    For the second time in four days, and the third call in less than a month, @CenturyLink service has crapped out. I pay for enough internet to run a small business from my home, and to be constantly needing to call and have a tech work on my line is frustrating. #poorservice

    @CenturyLink I don’t ask much of you. I just want to watch game of thrones live, not something I get to do often. But your service has been awful all weekend, why should I expect anything different on Sunday night at 8pm, the only time I need you to be remotely competent.

    I discovered earlier that when @CenturyLink sold me a “Price for Life” rate for internet service 3 years ago, the price was, in fact, not for life. Clearly, this is my fault as I interpreted this agreement to mean the price would not increase (it is). I might be having a stroke?

    @CenturyLink worst customer service, fully scammers and lier’s! No telephone support at weekends ridiculous, 1 and 1/2 hrs on “chat”, pathetic. Couldn’t get engineer out for over week. Still expect me to pay even after promised by previous advisor that they credit entire bill.

    Spent all day sitting right by the door waiting for the @CenturyLink installer, only to check my appointment online and discover they'd silently rescheduled it for Monday. You can tell that they really give a **** about starting off on the right foot with the new customers.

    I tried switching to @CenturyLink and I have had nothing but poor communication and terrible support. I am ready to quit. The good price is because they don’t support their customers

    @CenturyLink She pays about $80 a month. Life long customer. I'm advising her to cancel if the fee isn't waived. It's only $16 but it's the principle. All her other services- cell phone, cable, utilities- have waived the fee.

    @MunchCleveland @breezeline I miss CenturyLink. Still waiting for the upgrade to fiber which was supposed to be done on 2/5. Got knocked offline for a week by mistake. Never been to India, Malaysia & the Philippines. But that's where customer service is since there's no local customer support.

    A fact many people don't know. Los Alamos, home of the Manhattan project, has 1990's business telecom infrastructure. I'm getting 52 kB/s from my lab to my house which is about 5 miles away. Its not the providers, its the physical infrastructure. We lose telephone / internet when it rains or just randomly frequently. If anyone tries to invest and implement better infrastructure, Centurylink / Lumen / whatever its name is this week sends 50 guys to shout them down in county council meetings and intimidate everyone. The place with the highest per capital PhDs in the world and the craziest futuristic tech, has the worst telecom infrastructure. (Yes I got a starlink)

    @CenturyLink When will emails be fixed? My outgoing emails are not working on our cellphones. Customer service has been zero! I was online with a Verizon technician; you told us there is no tech support! Is there a number I can call to talk to a live person?

    The fiber migration between @CenturyLink and AT&T might be the worst rollout of customer migration I’ve ever been a part of. My home service has been shut down and customers service has been unable to help. @ATT and CL, can we do better? Anyone else having huge problems?
