It shouldn’t take 2 hours to watch a 40 minute show. The constant stalling and reloading is completely unacceptable and ridiculously frustrating!

Your "supervisors" are less knowledgeable than just an ordinary CSR. No wonder everyone that I talk to has switched to Verizon. I think that I will look into it.

None of the stores have any, can’t do it online bc it doesn’t allow for my trade in credit. I guess it’s off to @Verizon!

And this is not something we should tolerate. If they cannot provide us with what we need, we will have to nationlize the infrastructure, and downgrade these carriers, to service providers only.

Transferred three times, dropped call once and then they tell me to go talk to apt complex. No internet. No TV. Can’t do HW, (1 of 2)
