ATT has eliminated Tech help from stores, account access, etc and made the staff simple salespeople. ATT staff have always been exceptional. Guess it’s time to move on. #ATT

And this is not something we should tolerate. If they cannot provide us with what we need, we will have to nationlize the infrastructure, and downgrade these carriers, to service providers only.
