Your "supervisors" are less knowledgeable than just an ordinary CSR. No wonder everyone that I talk to has switched to Verizon. I think that I will look into it.

Transferred three times, dropped call once and then they tell me to go talk to apt complex. No internet. No TV. Can’t do HW, (1 of 2)

GA Power was out yesterday and said it wasn't there issue, but was removing a limb on the same line because of so many calls about it. They were just being nice.
