    @ATT you have continued to lie to me. I am a customer who has wireless, TV and internet. My issue is being ignored and I have been lied to continuously. This customer service is beyond a joke.

    Just had a moment of weakness where I actually wanted to give @att more money by changing my U-verse package. Thankfully their app and network were so slow I got frustrated and quit. Thanks for saving me money! #whydoIkeeptrying

    I haven’t tweeted in a LONG time but @ATTCares does NOT care. They should change their twitter handle until their WATCH TV app actually works ... I have been a customer for too many years to work over 2 hours to gain access to HBO.

    @ATTCares_Not Bye @ATT Last month my #cellphoneservice to @sprint bc #att charges too much though has fairly good cell service today left their #fiber #internet for @GetSpectrum because I’m getting 1/20 of what suppose to and the #modem has to be rebooted daily #Sprint #Spectrum

    @ATT Store 0239 has dishonest employees I was told I could get online promo $300 Visa gift card at store in June never rec’d them customer service and store employees are not helping me get my gift cards please help

    @ATTHelp your customer service is the absolute worst of any place that I have ever dealt with. Your "supervisors" are less knowledgeable than just an ordinary CSR. No wonder everyone that I talk to has switched to Verizon. I think that I will look into it.

    @ATT has been the worst service. I've been on the other two major carriers. Don't fall for their carrier switch promotions like i did. Terrible customer service. They kick you off the network, buffering issues on their not so unlimited plan.
