    @lovethyKings @ATT I had similar bad experience AND WORSE with AT&T 4 yrs ago. Involved email and internet service. Looks like they have not fixed things.

    @att get your sh*t together Been on 5+ hours of support calls for my FREE HBOMax access. Now it will be another 3-5 days. VZW is looking real good these days. So much for being a loyal customer of like 10 years

    @ATTHelp I have been trying ALL DAY to order a new phone for my father. I keep getting as far as “we need to send you a code to verify you” and then never get sent a code.

    @ATTHelp Why does my tv keep buffering. It’s an every hour every day issue. We use the Direct tv app and we get constant buffering. So tired of it!

    Went to AT&T at 133 S Las Posas Rd, San Marcos, CA today. Waited for 10 min to get any help. Waited 30 min, watch'd 3, that came in after me, get help still no service. Went to Sprint store, helped me in 2 min, great service. This place is horrible recommend Vista store. @ATT

    WARNING: don’t ever switch to @ATTHelp @ATT from @verizon! They sent the wrong phone to my hubs. They can’t FIX. My hubs can’t be an “authorized user for 30 days. He went to 4 stores to get the right phone & I’ve been on the phone for 6+ hours & no one can help #att

    @ATTHelp your tech support is useless. I received a new gateway that does not have a cable line out for my U-verse cable. I called to have a replacement gateway sent and they are sending the same WRONG gateway again. I just need at Arris NVG599 gateway to replace my old NVG589.

    @ATTCares This used to be a GREAT method to solve or discuss my ATT problems. Not so much anymore. Not sure if understaffed or overwhelmed, but I might as well call customer service and be disappointed there. Very sad and very frustrated.

    @ATT your the worst. I was told I would not be charged for an extra cable box and I am. Now I am trying to return it and have been on hold for 30 minutes while they try to figure it out to return a cable box. It should not be this difficult to return. #badcustomerservice

    AT&T lied to me. Since the end of February I’ve been working a technical issue with @ATT fiber company @quantumfiber . Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.

    @ATTHelp @ATTHelp worst customer service…7 days without internet, 2 technicians sent out, several appointments cancelled without reason/communication! Waiting from 8-12 only to be told appt would have to be rescheduled. Clown show

    @ATT I’m caught in a frustrating loop and need help. I’m coming to ATT, ordered phones, phones won’t come until porting pin is fixed, it’s fixed but still shows not fixed! I want my phones!
