He said he had to have a service tech come out to look at the street connection and nothing. No follow up and internet issues again all day. @ATT will you please take a new customer??

It’s really hard to work when out cell service (ATT) is **** at home. Well that’s 24 hours that is has been out and they said it would be fixed by now.

I called to have a replacement gateway sent and they are sending the same WRONG gateway again. I just need at Arris NVG599 gateway to replace my old NVG589.

Waited 30 min, watch'd 3, that came in after me, get help still no service. Went to Sprint store, helped me in 2 min, great service. This place is horrible recommend Vista store. @ATT
