    @CoxComm here we go again. Had a tech out last week due to continual internet issues. He said he had to have a service tech come out to look at the street connection and nothing. No follow up and internet issues again all day. @ATT will you please take a new customer??

    @ATTHelp internet has slowed down from it's normal 50Mbps download speed to about 1-5 Mbps download, upload is fine though. I've unplugged and replugged the gateway, but the speeds are still the same.

    Worst mistake of my life switching from @verizon to @ATT @ATT has messed up everything including sending my husband the wrong phone & now it’s impossible the get the right one Been on the phone for 6 hours today. 6!!!! My husband went to 4 stores. Still no help. #attsucks #att

    @ATT your the worst. I was told I would not be charged for an extra cable box and I am. Now I am trying to return it and have been on hold for 30 minutes while they try to figure it out to return a cable box. It should not be this difficult to return. #badcustomerservice

    @ATTHelp Why does my tv keep buffering. It’s an every hour every day issue. We use the Direct tv app and we get constant buffering. So tired of it!

    @ATTHelp your tech support is useless. I received a new gateway that does not have a cable line out for my U-verse cable. I called to have a replacement gateway sent and they are sending the same WRONG gateway again. I just need at Arris NVG599 gateway to replace my old NVG589.

    WARNING: don’t ever switch to @ATTHelp @ATT from @verizon! They sent the wrong phone to my hubs. They can’t FIX. My hubs can’t be an “authorized user for 30 days. He went to 4 stores to get the right phone & I’ve been on the phone for 6+ hours & no one can help #att

    @BodyworkByJon @ATT @LastWeekTonight They will give us a credit for each day but that will not really cut it. It’s really hard to work when out cell service (ATT) is **** at home. Well that’s 24 hours that is has been out and they said it would be fixed by now.

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.
