    WARNING: don’t ever switch to @ATTHelp @ATT from @verizon! They sent the wrong phone to my hubs. They can’t FIX. My hubs can’t be an “authorized user for 30 days. He went to 4 stores to get the right phone & I’ve been on the phone for 6+ hours & no one can help #att

    @ATT Why is your internet speed as slow as a snail in peanut butter going uphill! You have satellites and fiber optics but I can’t switch with current speed at 300Mbps! Come on try harder! Every week I get teased by your mailers thinking is this the week I can get AT&T faster speeds!

    @ATT Your company is incompetent. 7 times I waited for services 7 times you fail to provide Today your spokesperson said they need my help to provide access. I waited 7 days at home every appointment for 10 hours and you failed me. Angry is not the word I use. Disappointed

    @ATT we are now at 47 minutes. Thanks for taking this time I will never get back. You tell me I’m the best part of AT&T but I certainly don’t feel like a valued customer. I just want to return a cable box. This should not be this difficult

    @Costco @ATT Dear Costco, customer since before you were Costco Signed up for AT&T 30 days ago Still not installed Might review agreement as It seems I am punished for being a member or just feel discriminated against but they were very helpful to switch me but seem to forget me

    @ATTHelp internet has slowed down from it's normal 50Mbps download speed to about 1-5 Mbps download, upload is fine though. I've unplugged and replugged the gateway, but the speeds are still the same.

    @ATTCares This used to be a GREAT method to solve or discuss my ATT problems. Not so much anymore. Not sure if understaffed or overwhelmed, but I might as well call customer service and be disappointed there. Very sad and very frustrated.

    Went to AT&T at 133 S Las Posas Rd, San Marcos, CA today. Waited for 10 min to get any help. Waited 30 min, watch'd 3, that came in after me, get help still no service. Went to Sprint store, helped me in 2 min, great service. This place is horrible recommend Vista store. @ATT

    @att get your sh*t together Been on 5+ hours of support calls for my FREE HBOMax access. Now it will be another 3-5 days. VZW is looking real good these days. So much for being a loyal customer of like 10 years

    Worst mistake of my life switching from @verizon to @ATT @ATT has messed up everything including sending my husband the wrong phone & now it’s impossible the get the right one Been on the phone for 6 hours today. 6!!!! My husband went to 4 stores. Still no help. #attsucks #att

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.
