    @ATT AT&T lose more than 1.3 million satellite/wireline TV customers. It’s sad companies respond to changing conditions by passing along increased costs to loyal customers who remain, leading to vicious cycle of customer losses and prices hikes, more customer losses more prices!

    Hey @ATT was transferring service from phone phone to a new one. Gave the rep my IMEI number and then got hung up on and now NEITHER phone works so I can't call back to get help

    Absolutely absurd that @ATT internet has been down all day long for no reason and no ETA still for them to go back online. Customer service phone # has no information. Ridiculous to not have internet all day, what a waste of money AT&T is.

    @ATT Why is your internet speed as slow as a snail in peanut butter going uphill! You have satellites and fiber optics but I can’t switch with current speed at 300Mbps! Come on try harder! Every week I get teased by your mailers thinking is this the week I can get AT&T faster speeds!

    @Costco @ATT Dear Costco, customer since before you were Costco Signed up for AT&T 30 days ago Still not installed Might review agreement as It seems I am punished for being a member or just feel discriminated against but they were very helpful to switch me but seem to forget me

    @ATTHelp help. How am I supposed to troubleshoot my home WiFi when my mobile service sucks at home too? # that says 24/7 says call back tomorrow and my hotspot isn’t strong enough to loud your bad website 😫

    @Ajay460 @ATT It isn't. They stopped responded to me. The only solution is to wait until July 29th for her to have access to her phone, internet, family, special hearing impaired phone, etc. This is terrible service and we don't have a choice to change.

    @ATT Your company is incompetent. 7 times I waited for services 7 times you fail to provide Today your spokesperson said they need my help to provide access. I waited 7 days at home every appointment for 10 hours and you failed me. Angry is not the word I use. Disappointed

    @lovethyKings @ATT I had similar bad experience AND WORSE with AT&T 4 yrs ago. Involved email and internet service. Looks like they have not fixed things.

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.

    Well @ATT officially lost me as a customer. It’s been a cool 15/20 years and it’s over. I’ve transported my services. I hope it was worth it.
