The only solution is to wait until July 29th for her to have access to her phone, internet, family, special hearing impaired phone, etc. This is terrible service and we don't have a choice to change.

I waited 7 days at home every appointment for 10 hours and you failed me. Angry is not the word I use. Disappointed
