You have satellites and fiber optics but I can’t switch with current speed at 300Mbps! Come on try harder! Every week I get teased by your mailers thinking is this the week I can get AT&T faster speeds!

The only solution is to wait until July 29th for her to have access to her phone, internet, family, special hearing impaired phone, etc. This is terrible service and we don't have a choice to change.

It’s sad companies respond to changing conditions by passing along increased costs to loyal customers who remain, leading to vicious cycle of customer losses and prices hikes, more customer losses more prices!

Waited 30 min, watch'd 3, that came in after me, get help still no service. Went to Sprint store, helped me in 2 min, great service. This place is horrible recommend Vista store. @ATT

Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.
