    Dear @ATT I rely on my cel phone for work calls and haven't been able to make or receive calls all day today! Is there a form to apply for monthly fee reimbursement for downtime? Im sure you will still bill the full rate even though service has been inop so can we discuss my loss

    @ATTBusinessCare if you have business and if you rely on their service commitments. You better forgot about it. Phone line and WiFi is down. They can’t send a tech until Monday. When you ask for help they tell you to DM them. Shame on ATT

    @markswife2004 @ATT The worse was that the local offices were CLUELESS that the Internet was down. These are the same sales representatives that will happily hook you into a 2 years contract & assist with other products to a point - my daughter’s phone won’t allow for voicemail. Had to go to🍏 store

    Seriously @ATT what the HELL is going on with the phone service in Riverside Ca. More specifically Woodcrest area. Walked around my work and not one person with an ATT phone has been able to make calls or use data. For the amount of money I pay monthly, this is bullshit.

    Call @ATT to start service... No wait! Call @ATT to cancel service - on hold 23 min and counting. Recording states to use the app but they don't let you cancel from the app. 🙄

    Loyal AT&T customer for 15+ years. I asked for an extension of a payment arrangement after redirecting funds for funeral expenses during a loss. I was told, “the system doesn’t allow it” —no escalation, no human override. Moving my services once the dust settles. @ATT @ATTHelp

    @ATT @ATTHelp My 91-year-old grandmother is in assisted living with a DEAD landline. AT&T failed to transfer her service on 4/10 and now says 4/16. This is a life-safety emergency. Account: I need an emergency technician dispatch TODAY.

    @NETGEAR @ATT Love how I was able to connect my tv's with the passthrough and now that I've set up a different level of networking system. Isp -> firewall(pfsense) -> network switch -> cables connected to the nighthawk xr1000 set as AP. Now after wards I'm not able to connect to my tv's

    @DavidsonDa16685 @ATTHelp That's another thing that's why I canceled the ******* account AT&T has become nothing but a scammer like the Indian scammers that they hire to be on the call centers. Funny thing is I'm now using that T-Mobile wireless internet and I have zero problems All the problems went away

    @ATTHelp for the 2nd time in as many weeks I have another 36+ hour service outage and have not been provided any updates. While i understand things happening behind your control, the lack of communication is disappointing.
