The customer service Manager was EXTREMELY RUDE AND HOSTILE. So don’t issue false statements of “support.”

I must say the rep from Sat was amazing but every other rep was rude... keep hiring the polite good workers.

I had a bad experience and hope it’s just that one store and not a wider issue. Stop getting ******* sued. I suggest when everything goes AI you don’t. People will get frustrated by the robots. You wanna save money transfer all call reps to a work from home with top notch security. The no need office lease.
