    @DougStanhope @DIRECTV @ATT Check out YouTube tv man, bunch of channels like 75 bucks or you can share w/up to 3 friends... I think. I’m currently doing that and paying like 19 bucks a month. **** direct tv!!!

    Dear @ATT I rely on my cel phone for work calls and haven't been able to make or receive calls all day today! Is there a form to apply for monthly fee reimbursement for downtime? Im sure you will still bill the full rate even though service has been inop so can we discuss my loss

    @ATTNEWS @ATT You’re customer service reps were horrible when social distancing started and I couldn’t even get information on options to have WiFi when they were fixing phaser cables. The customer service Manager was EXTREMELY RUDE AND HOSTILE. So don’t issue false statements of “support.”

    @ATT no internet for a week. Modem sent to wrong address then sent again to correct address. Tech is past the arrival window. Why @ATTHelp? I must say the rep from Sat was amazing but every other rep was rude... keep hiring the polite good workers.

    @ATTHelp Brother, just tell me if your company is having service issues or not! I have been trying to do Lyft since yesterday and nothing is working. Other people I know that have AT&T have been having issues since yesterday, as well.

    @ATT your customer service reps on the phone are awesome your sales men need more training they are skating the line on unfair business practices. I had a bad experience and hope it’s just that one store and not a wider issue. Stop getting ******* sued. I suggest when everything goes AI you don’t. People will get frustrated by the robots. You wanna save money transfer all call reps to a work from home with top notch security. The no need office lease.

    It’s amazing how much garbage @amazon sells. Bought a new iPad. I’m on my fourth case and almost $150 in wasted purchases I’ve had to return. I despise this ******* company but stores don’t even sell **** anymore. Even @att store was useless and I bought it from them.

    @ATTHelp Thank you. But, just finally got through to service rep with the 2020 AT&T 800 service number. Have finally got the rural road junction box problem reported. Was told 24 to 48 hours. Just hope not much rain gets in the road junction box until then. 🤞🤞🤞

    So @att sells me an iPad, and I can’t even buy the case from them. . And the ATT store guy tells me they only sell the older cases. They don’t even sell new ones. ATT is a **** company
