    Seriously @ATT what the HELL is going on with the phone service in Riverside Ca. More specifically Woodcrest area. Walked around my work and not one person with an ATT phone has been able to make calls or use data. For the amount of money I pay monthly, this is bullshit.

    Call @ATT to start service... No wait! Call @ATT to cancel service - on hold 23 min and counting. Recording states to use the app but they don't let you cancel from the app. 🙄

    The only thing @ATT does faster than its competitors is screwing over their customers. They might not have wireless down, but they got that one down to a science.

    @markswife2004 @ATT The worse was that the local offices were CLUELESS that the Internet was down. These are the same sales representatives that will happily hook you into a 2 years contract & assist with other products to a point - my daughter’s phone won’t allow for voicemail. Had to go to🍏 store

    @ATTBusinessCare if you have business and if you rely on their service commitments. You better forgot about it. Phone line and WiFi is down. They can’t send a tech until Monday. When you ask for help they tell you to DM them. Shame on ATT

    First of all, we need to get land lines installed again **** it all, but thank God I got rid of AT&T they f ne over.     @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.

    @cnote34 @ATT Common issue. Go get 2 pills of ******. Crush one up and sprinkle it on the line out. Then send the second one to AT&T directly. They have a known problem keeping “it” up.

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.
