Not to mention, his former retail associates and customer care front line workers have to scrounge around to make hours and are given ridiculous quota’s, when people like him who buy companies that put AT&T further in the hole, and he still gets paid

Walked around my work and not one person with an ATT phone has been able to make calls or use data. For the amount of money I pay monthly, this is bullshit.

Enrique (@Enrique18390796) reported@ATT I’m looking for an attorney to go after AT&T their terms of service says if you drop a call you get a day of service free. I’ve dropped a minimum of 3 calls a day and sometimes up to 20. they have not honored what their advertisements say. Anyone else having this issue maybe we can get a class action lawsuit going. Their associated told me my new bill with would $500 a month last month my bill was over $2k it’s never been under $1k since we signed the contracts. Need some legal help I’m tired of spending 6+ hours every time I call them for them to tell me it’s handled then next bill and realizing it’s not been handled
