My internet gets slow at the same time every evening 😠 Going without internet for that long is unacceptable nowadays! I have to file unemployment claims every week so I’d be pissed. Ask for a discount!

I do! I've got Ziply! It's not Fiber, and the app to pay NEVER works so I HAVE to call in my payments and pay extra! Stay classy Ziply.

I used to live in Seattle, but now I live in Glacier, WA--in Whatcom County. We have Ziply here & the internet is inadequate. We have lots of residents who want internet & can't get it & we have many who would pay for faster service.

Seems like a very huge issue. This test was done over a wired connection w/ several devices directly to the ONT, cat-6.

I called tech support they said that it should be fixed or 9 tomorrow to check back then. That’s 18 hours…the entire LTOR extended trilogy is 12 hours..just putting that out there..
