I do! I've got Ziply! It's not Fiber, and the app to pay NEVER works so I HAVE to call in my payments and pay extra! Stay classy Ziply.

I’ve had your service for years now and all the sudden my account isn’t linked. Now I’m 20 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone 👎

James Thrasher (@J_S_Thrasher) reported@ryn_ve @ZiplyFiber Contacted tech support and after a manual ONT reset, it seems my speeds are back up. I’ll create a script to run it throughout the day and notify me if it’s below 800. I hope this isn’t a common reoccurrence.
