    For the love of god @XfinitySupport, I pay you over $200 every month and I should not have to push a button on my TV remote, walk into another room and come back before the TV reacts. Now that we have @ZiplyFiber in our neighborhood I’m ready to get rid of your horrible service

    @comcast Bye! Just ordered @ZiplyFiber Fiber after customer support would not honor simple promises sales made a few months ago. Let me rent modem and get unlimited data for $10 but use my better modem. Obsessive rules ended multi year customer relationship. #xfinity

    I really hope our first 24 hours of @ZiplyFiber service isn’t indicative of how things are going to go because right now I’m glad I didn’t cancel Xfinity yet and I hate Xfinity.

    @ZiplyFiber Just got fiber internet installed yesterday and it’s out now, as if 11:00 or so this morning. Can’t get through to customer service. Is this part of a broader outage in the area?

    @ZiplyFiber I and many of my neighbors who are on your service are being aggressively harassed by a Robo caller scammer … They call themselves “Molly from Amazon“ and call using faked/masked numbers every 20 minutes

    @ZiplyFiber Does anyone remember what it was like to have those "fast" dial up speeds with a 28.8 modem and get overcharged for it? I do! I've got Ziply! It's not Fiber, and the app to pay NEVER works so I HAVE to call in my payments and pay extra! Stay classy Ziply.

    @Barnacules @ZiplyFiber this is why i dropped Direct tv... you need their "special" box to get service... yet they want to charge me $20/m for the box... id rather they bake the cost into the sub than it be separate.

    @ZiplyFiber pretty disappointed with the service today. The website is taking forever to load and when it does I have to link my account? I’ve had your service for years now and all the sudden my account isn’t linked. Now I’m 20 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone 👎

    @ZiplyFiber Your customer service tech just told me they'd call before the install on Thursday, Two days after it was originally scheduled... They didn't even call today to tell me they wouldn't be here. You really think I believe they'll call before they show on Thursday?

    @Xfinity @XfinitySupport We’ve had outages 7 out of last 7 days. I work from home and I’ve lost DAY$ of work. Your app support tells us nothing and there’s nothing being done to compensate. WHAT GIVES. @ZiplyFiber is looking mighty good

    Hey @ZiplyFiber, serious question. Do you throttle your 1G fiber for paying customers? Example: 240ish Mb download speeds with 880ish Mb upload speeds? Seems like a very huge issue. This test was done over a wired connection w/ several devices directly to the ONT, cat-6.
